Payment & Billing Policy

This policy outlines payment expectations for all services offered by Amalia Nevarez College Advising. Please review carefully prior to booking or enrolling in any services.

Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Clients do not need a PayPal account to complete payment and may use a credit or debit card through PayPal’s checkout system.

General Payment Terms

All fees are fixed and communicated prior to the start of services via email. Payment is required to confirm and reserve any mentorship engagement. Services will not begin until payment arrangements are finalized.

Asynchronous Essay & Application Support (Weekly Commitments)

Asynchronous Essay & Application Support is offered at a fixed weekly rate with a minimum three-week commitment to ensure continuity and meaningful progress.

  • Fees are billed weekly through PayPal

  • The minimum commitment price applies regardless of early termination

  • Weekly billing begins at the start of the engagement and continues for the duration of the agreed-upon commitment

  • Weekly fees are non-refundable once a billing week has begun

By enrolling, clients agree to the full minimum commitment period.

Strategy Sessions & Short-Term Packages

Strategy Sessions and short-term packages are billed according to the structure outlined at the time of booking. Multi-session commitments are billed weekly with the same policy as the Asynchronous Essay & Application Support unless otherwise specified.

Full-Cycle Private Mentorship

The Full-Cycle Private Mentorship package is offered at a total program fee.

Clients may choose one of the following payment options:

  • Pay in full upfront, or

  • Pay a deposit to secure a spot, followed by a mutually agreed-upon payment plan for the remaining balance

The deposit is required to reserve a mentorship slot and is non-refundable. Payment plans are arranged in advance and processed through PayPal according to the agreed schedule. Failure to remain current on payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

Refund Policy

Due to the time-intensive and personalized nature of mentorship services, payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun, except where otherwise stated in writing.
